Our Purpose

Why Economy Shapers Exist

Africa does not have a talent shortage; it has a preparation gap.

Every year, thousands of brilliant young women graduate from universities across Africa with ambition but little clarity, limited exposure, and no structured pathway into leadership, meaningful careers, or economic contribution.

Economy Shapers exists to close that gap. We exist to:

Prepare women for leadership in the marketplace

Accelerate economic participation across the continent

Build confidence, competence, and character

Shorten the years it takes young women to find clarity and direction

Our Three Arms

What We Do
